Brand review
The Always Pan and the Wonder Oven both score 21/100 — the lowest pair on our table. Not because anything is known to be wrong with them, but because almost nothing is published at all.
Our Place sells the idea of a non-toxic kitchen better than anyone in this category. The pan is beautiful, the photography is excellent, and the language is unambiguous.
Behind it is a coating called Thermakind, which is a trade name and not a material, and the least published evidence we have found anywhere on this site. You cannot score a material nobody will name.
It is a disclosure score out of 100, not a safety rating: what it is made of, who tested it, where it is made, whether the claim matches the evidence. A pan can score 20 and be perfectly fine to cook in. What a low score means is that nobody outside the company can check. The rubric is here.

The strongest non-toxic marketing on this page, attached to the least published evidence we found anywhere. No lab report, no certification, no coating composition, no country of manufacture. Even the body certifying the “100% certified post-consumer recycled aluminium” is unnamed.

Better than most at saying which accessory is which: the basket is listed as steel, the bake pan separately as “Aluminum with non-toxic ceramic nonstick coating”. But the steel has no grade, “non-toxic” is doing unearned work, and the blanket “accessories are made without PTFE” claim sits directly above an accessory that has a coating.

A 21/100 does not mean the pan is dangerous. It means the food cooks against a coating whose chemistry is never named, and that if you wanted to check any part of the claim yourself, you could not. No lab report. No coating composition. No country of manufacture. Even the body that certified the recycled aluminium goes unnamed.
The Wonder Oven does one thing better and it is worth crediting: it distinguishes between accessories rather than making a blanket statement, listing the basket as steel and the bake pan separately as aluminium with a ceramic non-stick coating. Then it puts a blanket “made without PTFE” claim directly above a coated accessory, which is the kind of thing this site exists to point at.
If the ceramic look is what you are after, Caraway publishes an actual lab report and scores 53.
